At CERcuits, we specialize in precision laser cutting of ceramic substrates. Our advanced technology and skilled team allow us to deliver high-quality results with rapid turnaround times. With a wide range of substrates always in stock, we can start processing your orders right away.
We have 15 laser cutters & engravers in various configurations, power and wavelengths on our production floor in Belgium to be able processes almost any design and batch size.

Small, dense cuts & miniaturized parts
We can produce small holes, slots, hexagones or other cuts of <0.1mm in dense arrays on thin ceramic plates down to 0.125mm thickness.
We also have produces cubes and rectangles down to 1x1x1mm in size

3D Features
Thanks to our in house developed ablation technologies we can make 2.5D and 3D features like:
- Cavities / pockets
- Counter sunk / counterbore holes
- Slopes

Fast turnaround, no volume requirement
We can meet your quick turn request thanks to a large inventory of ceramic substrates in various thickness and sizes. We typically store Alumina 96%, Alumnium nitride, Zirconia, Silicon carbide and silicon nitride. What we do not have, we mostly can get in a short lead time thanks to our large network of substrate suppliers.
This large inventory is combined with our no tool technology so we do not waste time on making tools and we welcome orders of just a single part and with our ample capacity. We have 15 laser machines, ready to go so whether you need 1 PCS or 10000 PCS, we can support.
